FAQ

How do I make an appointment?

Each artist’s booking forms are linked in their Artist Bios. If you would like the next available or best fitting artist for your project, please fill out the General Booking Form.

Can I bring a guest?

1 guest is allowed per client. Depending on capacity, this guest may be asked to remain in the lounge to reduce distractions.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Leading up to the appointment, moisturize your skin and avoid cuts and burns in the placement area. On the appointment day, please dress comfortably and eat a good meal before and after your session.

What is the aftercare for my tattoo?

Your artist will provide specific aftercare instructions for your tattoo. For general rules, refer to our aftercare tips here.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Appointments can be rescheduled once with a 3-day notice. This notice gives the artist the ability to rebook and adjust their schedule.

CAN I SEE THE DESIGN AHEAD OF TIME?

For custom tattoos, artists prefer to discuss the final artwork in person at your appointment. Please review your artist’s portfolio and be detailed in your submission.

Studio Policy

You must be 18 years old with a valid government-issued I.D.

Artwork

Please review each artist’s style and content. Each artist creates original, custom tattoos so please be detailed in your inquiries. Designs will be shared at the start of your appointment. Design reviews, edits, and placements will be finalized in person.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and this deposit will apply to your final balance. The appointment can be rescheduled once with a 3-day notice. A new deposit will be requested for late notices, no-shows, or repeated cancellations. Deposits will be returned if the artist is responsible for the cancellation.

Hygienes & Standards

Our artists maintain their parlors and workflow according to Georgia’s policies and the best industry standards. Workstations are routinely disinfected and all single-use supplies are properly disposed of after every client. The skin will be properly prepped and sanitized, and the artist will review proper aftercare with you.

The artist works in collaboration with the client; every client's “canvas” is unique and the artist uses their best judgment in the design and application. However, there are risks associated with tattoos that can not be prevented, such as blowouts, fallout, improper care, or dermatological reactions.
